- a new understanding of psychosomatics

According to my current state of knowledge in working with body-oriented psychotherapy, I would describe the relationship between soul and body as follows:

The soul of every person brings a “package” of ideas for this life that they absolutely want to implement in this life. These are the soul's deep impulses that fill our lives with meaning and satisfaction.

However, if the person cannot implement these impulses because he does not perceive them, because he does not manage to find ways to implement them in his life situation or simply does not have the courage to do so because he is too distant from the wishes of the environment impresses, then he suppresses these impulses and they shift to the physical level.

Here we can “grasp” these impulses better by feeling them through the body senses and thus recognizing where our inner being wants to go, where we find fulfillment and satisfaction in life.

Body-oriented psychotherapy and an improvement in body awareness help to feel the soul impulses reflected in the body more and more sensitively, so that they do not have to lead to manifest illnesses, but can be recognized as slight tensions and integrated into our daily life.

Physical symptoms are therefore not a “punishment”, but an aid to self-knowledge and further development, which is why we do not need to be afraid of illness, but should simply practice making loving, interested contact with our inner being and our body. If we are already reacting to the delicate cues from our body, it needs to generate less violent illnesses in order to point us to the needs of our soul.
(That is why phrases like “I am fighting cancer” are not helpful because they suggest that the body and its symptoms are our opponents that we should fight.)

In order to be able to offer my clients truly holistic therapy, I am constantly learning new things. Currently it is the inclusion of modern brain research ... Classical diagnostics can also help in the sense of talent diagnostics to learn to bring the skills you have brought with you into everyday reality ... That is why I now offer talent diagnostics and development with tests on IQ, practical everyday intelligence, stress management, resources, leadership qualities, personality and also neuro-psychological aspects.
