A new, helpful relaxation method has developed from my more than 20 years of practice.

It is a further development and simplification from the trauma therapeutic method EMDR.
It helps to let go of tensions, old patterns, addictive clinging, inner urgency and "mentality" and to arrive at an inner state of contented freedom.

Under my ongoing supervision and intensive training, my practical help will accompany you with this beneficial relaxation method if necessary.
